I have some Valentines I am working on and wanted to make some tags for them.  They ended up so cute, I thought I’d share. Just print them out on thick paper or heavy cardstock, cut them out, punch a hole, and use some twine or ribbon to attach to your gift bag! You can download them here! I hope you enjoy!
